So do not fear, for he is with us all of the time, and this we can be sure of.
So do not be dismayed, meaning to not be concerned or distressed with the small things, the Lord Our God is in control.
He will help us, and he will strengthen us, as he leads us all on our individual journeys.
The Lord promises to uphold us with his righteous right hand, we can count on the fact that the Lord keeps his promises, and we have nothing to fear.
